It all depends on what you want!  I can provide a large scale of services to you, including: 

• Creating mood boards  
• Selecting furniture and other products
• Reflowing your current space
• Suggesting small tweaks for better function
• Generating renderings and floorplans.

I have experience working with clients that want to open up walls and create a completely different space as well as ones that want to keep the current floorplan and change the function as well as the style.  Let's chat to see what services you need and want! 

I offer a free consultation prior to requesting your commitment.  This allows you to decide if we are a fit and I can meet your needs.  From there I charge by hour for my time and services.  These services include creating mood boards, making an updated floorpan of your space (as needed),  presenting realistic products to purchase, ordering samples, and more.  

For construction, I have reliable, reputable contractors I work with regularly that I am happy to recommend but I am also open to working with a contractor of your choice!  I work hands on with the contractor hired for the renovation to ensure it's seamless, efficient, and quality work!
